A beautiful new privately owned accomodation, set in a slightly elevated small private complex, with picturesque terraced gardens. Due to its excellent location (5-10 mins walk to the village) the property allows breathtaking & uninterrupted views of the harbour and out across the turquoise Mediterranean Sea.

The complex is an attractive grouping of eight individually set houses, each containing three apartments. Each house is set within its own grounds, with private fresh water swimming pool, terrace and landscaped gardens.

Bouganvillea Apartment is set at the top of the development,having the luxury of panoramic views and its own spacious private terrace, the largest within the complex, from which the property is accessed.

The air-conditioned accommodation is furnished to a very high standard, allowing open plan kitchen with stainless steel hob and hood, Fridge freezer, washing machine and kitchen appliances/utensils.

In the air conditioned living area is attractive wrought iron seating with large french windows leading onto a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and harbour.

The seating can be transformed to make two single beds if required.

The accommodation has air conditioned double and twin bedrooms,with  French doors and balconies.The bathroom has WC, pedestal sink, bath with stainless steel over-head shower.

The apartment is well designed, set in a peaceful, quality location that would make an ideal base for couples and families alike.

However due to its location it may be unsuitable for persons of limited mobility.
